Men of Steel Security (Pvt) Ltd. was established in 2001,
and have attained very high standards of proficiency and perfection; its name
has become known to all Business houses and Industrial groups.
The Ministry of interior and Government of Punjab , Sindh and NWFP has given NOC to the organization.
The issuance of NOC’s for provinces of Azad Jammu and Kashmir
are in process. This sustained development is mainly due to experience gathered
through feedback
spanning over half a decade.
It is this Experience that has made our company a strong
believer in the basic guideline of security management. “The efficiency of any system is proportionately dependant upon its reaction time.” None of the current array of Alarm Security
and subsequent response teams can replace the importance of an Armed
Security Guard present at location and ready to make subversive action,
then and there.
There are too many undermining factors working against Alarmed System-based Security management, e. g. a mobile response team can be held up in traffic, have a breakdown or worse, it can meet an accident. All these factors resulted in prolonged reaction time and contingencies, time is everything. Therefore an armed, well trained Guard being the first line of defense is the best deterrent to security risks. Thus we exercise utmost care in the recruitment of guards, vis-à-vi's their capabilities. It is ensured that all the selected personnel go through a strict training and syllabus before being awarded independent duties.
